- From I-85/I-385, take Exit 48 (West Washington Street) and follow signs to the station.
- From U.S. 123 (Gaffney Highway), turn right on Academy Street and leave onto West Washington Street.
- From U.S. 276/U.S. 178 (Blue Ridge Parkway), turn left onto Academy Street and right onto West Washington Street.
- From SC 25 (Augusta Road), turn onto Academy Street and West Washington Street. • From SC 414 (East North Street), turn left onto Academy Street and right onto West Washington Street.
- From U.S. 25/U.S. 29 (Northeast Connector), turn right on Academy Street and left onto West Washington Street.
- From I-85/I-385, take Exit 47A (International Drive) and follow signs to the station. The station is also just a short drive from the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport.
- From I-185, take Exit 10 (West Washington Street) and follow signs to the station.
- From Downtown Greenville, take Academy Street north toward West Washington Street and turn right on West Washington Street.
- From U.S. 29, take Exit 49 (West Washington Street) and follow signs to the station.
- From Downtown Greenville, take Academy Street (U.S. 276/U.S 178) toward GHS, turn right on South Academy Street, then turn left onto West Washington Street just past the TD Convention Center.
